Terms of Service

These terms govern the Bepchan software and game connection acceleration and stability service. By using Bepchan, you agree to these terms. Use the service only where you can lawfully enter into this agreement. Contact the Bepchan service operator at [email protected] with questions.

Bepchan is a Gamer Network Utility for supported Japanese online games on Windows x64. It optimizes selected, authorized game connections. The service does not provide general-purpose browsing, connections to arbitrary destinations or public access to its routing infrastructure. It does not play games or progress game accounts on your behalf.

You are responsible for your game accounts, game purchases and any access required by the publisher. Follow each game's rules and applicable law. Bepchan is independent of the games and their publishers; listing a game does not imply endorsement or permission from its publisher.

Register with an email address you can access, complete verification and protect your login credentials. Bepchan accounts and membership are separate from the domestic service. Do not share or resell your account or redemption codes in violation of their intended use. Notify support if your account is compromised.

30-Day Access costs $2.99 USD and provides a 30-day membership for supported Japanese online games on Windows x64. It is a one-time purchase with no automatic renewal. There is no recurring subscription to cancel. The merchant of record shown at checkout identifies the seller and presents the total price and any applicable taxes before payment.

Membership uses code-based activation. Redeem your valid redemption code in the Bepchan client's account area. Each 30-day code adds 30 consecutive 24-hour periods, starting from the later of the redemption time and your existing membership expiry. Time continues while you are offline or not using Bepchan. Check the resulting expiry in your account. Buying a code does not itself start membership time; redemption activates the purchased duration.

The supported games and available features are listed on this website. Features differ by game. Network results depend on your connection, device, location, internet provider and game servers. Bepchan does not guarantee a particular latency, bandwidth, uninterrupted connection, game-account safety or permanent compatibility. It does not grant regional access rights or override publisher rules. These limits do not remove your rights when the service is faulty or does not match its description.

Use Bepchan only for ordinary play of supported games through authorized game connections. Do not use it for attacks, scanning, spam, bulk scraping, fraud, harassment, unlawful content or infringement of others' rights. Do not attempt to route arbitrary websites, share service connection access with the public, defeat authorization or access another user's data.

Do not tamper with credentials, defeat security controls or abuse shared resources in a way that disrupts others. We may restrict or suspend access to address misuse, security incidents or legal obligations. Contact support if you believe a restriction was applied in error. Restrictions do not remove any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Selected HTTPS features require you to trust a certificate authority generated by your own Bepchan installation. This allows the client to process selected game requests and resources, which may contain game authentication information. Install the certificate only if you want those features. A trusted certificate can affect HTTPS security; use only your own installation's certificate. You can remove it through system certificate settings, which disables the features that require it. The Privacy Policy explains the associated data processing. Games and third-party software have their own terms and privacy practices.

Our Refund Policy provides a full refund on request within 14 calendar days after purchase if the redemption code remains unredeemed, without requiring a reason. Verified duplicate or incorrect charges are fully refunded. If a valid paid code is not delivered, we first arrange replacement or correction; if delivery cannot be completed, we provide a full refund.

After redemption, voluntary refunds solely for a change of mind are normally unavailable. Rights concerning material service faults, misdescription, unfulfilled service commitments and any statutory refund or withdrawal rights remain protected. You may stop using Bepchan at any time. Stopping use does not pause membership time. Contact support for account closure. Changes to these terms are published here and do not remove mandatory consumer rights or remedies. The Privacy Policy explains data access and deletion requests.
