Game Router Optimization applies game-specific routing to authorized connections for the games you enable.

Latency Reduction uses connection reuse and supported game-specific optimizations to reduce unnecessary waiting. Results depend on your network and the game.

Anti-Packet Loss support helps eligible TCP game connections recover from brief connection interruptions within a limited recovery window. It cannot eliminate packet loss or restore a session already closed by the game server.

Redeem your valid redemption code in the Bepchan client account area to activate membership. A 30-day code adds 30 consecutive 24-hour periods, starting from the later of the redemption time and your existing membership expiry. Time continues while you are offline or not using Bepchan. Check your expiry in the client after redemption.

The plan covers supported Japanese online games through your Bepchan account on Windows x64. Features vary by game. Game purchases and publisher accounts are separate. Bepchan does not guarantee a particular latency, uninterrupted connections or permanent compatibility, and does not grant regional access rights.

You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days after purchase if your code remains unredeemed, without giving a reason. Billing errors, delivery issues, redeemed access and statutory consumer rights are covered by the Refund Policy.
